At your initial consult, the chiropractor will assess whether imaging is deemed necessary. This will depend on a variety of factors such as:
to exclude underlying pathological cause (red flags)
to confirm diagnosis/pathology

to identify contraindications or factors that would affect or modify the type of treatment/care proposed.

X Ray's at Balance Chiropractic are bulk billed through Medicare. If imaging is required and you do not have a valid Medicare card, there will be a fee of $100 added to your consult fee.

Absolutely! Our X Ray machine allows us to store images digitally and we are always happy to transfer these across to you/an alternative provider. Please note to send any images to a third party, a release of information consent form must be signed prior.
